ABOUT PROJECT
This project represented the YMCA’s return to the Ballarat area. The Water Street project combines a 120 place childcare centre with a 17m swimming pool in a highly unique format. The external façade showcases the use of feature aluminium cladding & face blockwork. The internal finished are of the highest quality; patterned marmoleum flooring, commercial kitchen and tiled wet-deck edge in the swimming pool to name a few. The result is an immersive space for children to begin their education and swimming journey.
