ABOUT PROJECT

This 10 industrial warehouse development was undertaken as a design & construct project. As part of the scope of works, we designed the buildings, managed the planning and subdivision process, assisted in the sales & financing process and of course carried out construction.
 
The warehouses range from 152-280sqm, and on completion were 90% occupied. As a testament to the management of the D&C process, titles were received prior to Certificate of Occupancy. This project was a great outcome and has received terrific feedback from occupants.
