ABOUT PROJECT

The challenge at the North Star was to preserve the rich history of the 160 year old hotel, and to create a vibrant and contemporary venue. The construction itself had a number of challenges, which notably included the craneage of an established tree, and two hardwood beams into the atrium prior to the construction of the glazed ceiling.
