Cervus Equipment located in the Ballarat West Employment Zone was constructed over the course of 9 months. This machinery dealership and manufacturing complex spans 28,000sqm and comprises of 3,000sqm of shedding.
 
The property features ample display area for machinery, complete with irrigated garden beds and palisade-style fencing. Two shedding structures are positioned centrally on the property; including a washbay shed with air-compressor enclosures and triple interceptor trap. The site provides the tenant with the facilities required to operate a large-scale machinery centre from the site, featuring:
